Grinning Soul is all about making sure you can express yourself and pay homage to  your music heroes in style.

Showcasing beautiful hand crafted, one-of-a-kind pieces and effortlessly adding style into any space. Taking inspiration from 70’s music and its comforting aesthetic, Grinning Soul shows a clever mix of nostalgia and current trends.

Every creative choice was made to highlight the brand’s warm aesthetic and self expressive personality, helping Grinning Soul be the number one choice when people look to breathe new life into their furniture.

Grinning Soul's Heart

Every brand has a heart: its own personality, perspective, and way of saying THIS IS ME. The job of each design is to bring that heart front and centre. Here's some decisions we made based on Grinning Soul's Heart

Welcoming

By manipulating the logo into a smile, the brand is able to visualise the warm, welcoming service before even engaging with the service. Creating a connection and trust right from the start.

Nostalgic

The brand pattern was drawn using elements of older vintage 70’s designs and repurposed into a more modern feel. This helped to keep the brand connected to the past but still current and relevant.

The Colour Palette

Grinning Soul’s palette was designed to feel comforting and nostalgic. We used warm sienna for its feeling of security and rustic atmosphere, paired with muted yellow and burnt orange to add energy and brightness.

The palette supports the brand’s warm identity so it doesn’t just look good but it comforts, too.
